There will be a free concert reaffirming hope for world peace and celebrating life and universal humanity sponsored by the SB Sister Cities International at Casa De La Guerra, 415 E De La Guerra, starting at 4:30 p.m. Performers will include Foggy Dew, Bottom Line Brass, Shakuhachi and local musicians. The event will also include a celebrity MC and will be followed by a reception. Start: 17:00
